Recipe for Success: Know What to Expect

We do NOT require reservations for the cat lounge. However, IF you wish to make a prepaid reservation, you may do so using the online system below AT LEAST 24 hours in advance. Please note that each member of your group will need to be reserved individually, but you can include the entire party in one transaction. Each member of your group will need to be booked into a different Cat Lounge Guest Number. These numbers represent individual guests, not full parties, And are for in-office organizational purposes ONLY; the Cat Lounge is a 2200 square foot space where your party will be together - your group will NOT be in separate lounges. While the online system will only allow 10 guests to be booked per half-hour spot, we can accommodate up to 25 guests at a time and always accept walk-ins visits.

 Please note that reservations can NOT be made same-day and can NOT be made over the phone. We do not have the ability to tell you the current wait time over the phone at any point, even if you are sitting in the parking lot. All sales final.
